KITE will take place at Kite Festival (Blue Gate), Kirtlington Park, Akeman Street, Kidlington, OX5 3JL. You can find a map here.
KITE is easily accessible from the M40. Please switch off your sat nav and follow KITE directional road signage as you approach the festival.
We have onsite parking available and you can buy parking passes in advance on our ticket page. Please note that you cannot park by your tent or stay in a vehicle overnight in the car park.
Taxis
We have teamed up with 001 Taxis to provide a Taxi Service throughout Oxfordshire – including all railway stations. These will drop you off at the dedicated Pick Up Drop Off taxi rank point in the General Car Park. They will also be on hand during the weekend to book your travel.

It’s easy to travel to KITE using our dedicated shuttle bus from Oxford Parkway. Oxford Parkway is the nearest station to KITE and is well served from the surrounding areas as well as London.

The KITE shuttle bus runs from Oxford Parkway direct to KITE on Saturday and Sunday and the journey time is approximately 20 mins. In the evening, buses depart from KITE to Oxford Parkway until midnight.
Late night buses go direct to central Oxford (Gloucester Green Bus Station) where you can connect with the Oxford Tube.
Please pre-purchase your timed single tickets to guarantee your place. While you are guaranteed a place on the time slot booked, tickets will be accepted on different slots to the time on your ticket, subject to availability.
