The festival will be predominantly cashless, with most vendors accepting card only. There will not be cash machines on-site at KITE, so please plan accordingly.
There will be a location at KITE where you can charge your phone at a cost.
Water points are available in all campsites. We allow sealed bottles of water of up to 750 mL to be brought into the festival arena and empty unsealed bottles can be brought it to be refilled at the water points.
Toilets are available throughout KITE. Premium toilets and showers are available at the Premium Campsite.
Showers will be available in the General Campsite but please be patient if there are queues. The mornings are the busiest times so we advise campers to shower at off-peak times when it is quieter.
A General Store will be available on site, selling snacks, confectionery, drinks and some camping essentials you may have forgotten to bring.
There is a medical point in the arena which will be accessible 24/7 to help you with any issues you may have.
Child ID wristbands can be collected here. These are for parents who would like to write their contact details on a wristband in case they are separated from their child.
We do not permit campfires in the campsite. Instead, we have communal fire pits in the arena where you can keep warm and enjoy the festival atmosphere.

The bars at Kite will be serving drinks in reusable cups. These can be collected from the bars for £2 and can be used or swapped for a fresh one every time you buy a drink.
KITE is located outdoors and on a greenfield site. The site is generally flat and accessible however please consider that as is the nature of a greenfield site, the ground can be uneven, and conditions underfoot can be affected by weather and heavy footfall.
Please wear sensible shoes and take care in areas where ground is uneven or has been affected by adverse weather.
