The festival will be predominantly cashless, with most vendors accepting card only. There will not be cash machines on-site at KITE, so please plan accordingly.

There will be a location at KITE where you can charge your phone at a cost.

Water points are available in all campsites. We allow sealed bottles of water of up to 750 mL to be brought into the festival arena and empty unsealed bottles can be brought it to be refilled at the water points.

Toilets are available throughout KITE. Premium toilets and showers are available at the Premium Campsite.

Showers will be available in the General Campsite but please be patient if there are queues. The mornings are the busiest times so we advise campers to shower at off-peak times when it is quieter.

A General Store will be available on site, selling snacks, confectionery, drinks and some camping essentials you may have forgotten to bring.

There is a medical point in the arena which will be accessible 24/7 to help you with any issues you may have.

Child ID wristbands can be collected here. These are for parents who would like to write their contact details on a wristband in case they are separated from their child.

We do not permit campfires in the campsite. Instead, we have communal fire pits in the arena where you can keep warm and enjoy the festival atmosphere.

You are welcome to use cooking equipment such as reusable charcoal barbecues and small gas camping stoves; however, you must adhere to the following:

• Your stove must be specifically designed for camping and made by a reputable manufacturer.
• Disposable tray barbecues are not permitted.
• Camping stove fuel canisters must not exceed 500g per canister.
• For live-in vehicles, you are permitted one gas bottle, which must not exceed 13kg.
• Your stove or barbeque must be raised off the ground.
• Everything (including biodegradable material such as charcoal and food) must be removed from your pitch when you leave
• Liquid fuels (kerosene, petrol, diesel, etc.) are not permitted.

Please follow the following rules in order to protect again the risk of a fire or carbon monoxide poisoning:

• Use cooking equipment at a safe distance from your tent or vehicle and never inside
• Make sure gas stoves and fuel are correctly connected and disconnected when not in use
• Ensure there is no clutter or guidelines/trip hazards around the cooking equipment
• The cooking equipment is not left unattended
• Any charcoal BBQs must be safely extinguished or doused with water when finished
• Please don’t use candles and ensure used cigarettes are fully extinguished.

The bars at Kite will be serving drinks in reusable cups. These can be collected from the bars for £2 and can be used or swapped for a fresh one every time you buy a drink.

KITE is located outdoors and on a greenfield site. The site is generally flat and accessible however please consider that as is the nature of a greenfield site, the ground can be uneven, and conditions underfoot can be affected by weather and heavy footfall.

Please wear sensible shoes and take care in areas where ground is uneven or has been affected by adverse weather.
