Tickets are available to buy through See Tickets via our ticket page.

Tickets are non-refundable, however, we have partnered up with Tixel as our official re-sale partner. Tixel provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to another fan so if you can no longer attend the event, please go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.

If you have any ticket issues, including changing or upgrading your ticket type, wrong email address or change of postal address and payment plan problems, please contact See Tickets Customer Services directly here.

If you didn’t purchase your tickets via our website from See Tickets, please contact your ticket provider directly.

We do not allow Day ticket swaps, i.e. from Saturday to Sunday, or vice versa.

The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it, however, re-sale of tickets outside of our official re-sale partner, Tixel, is strictly forbidden and could result in your tickets being cancelled. For more information on re-sale click here.

Tickets are distributed approximately one month before the festival takes place. If you haven’t received your tickets within two weeks of the event, please contact See Tickets Customer Services directly here.

Our official online ticket outlets are See Tickets, Ticketweb, Ticketline and AXS.

Please do not buy from an unofficial ticket agent. Tickets bought from unofficial agents are not valid and admission may not be granted to the festival. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.

We offer the following entry ticket types:

• Camping – Bring your own tent and camp for the full weekend in our beautifully located campsite
• Live-In Vehicle User – Bring a live-in vehicle and stay for the full weekend in the Live-In Vehicles Field. Each person staying in a caravan or campervan must buy a Live-In Vehicle User ticket as well as a Live-In Vehicle Pitch ticket for your vehicle.
• Weekend No Camping – Access to Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No camping.
• Saturday – Entry for Saturday only. No camping.
• Sunday – Entry for Sunday only. No camping.

Ages

You will need to select from the following options within each ticket type:

• Adult Tickets – For those aged 16years old or above.
• Junior Tickets – for those aged 6 to 15.
• Child Tickets – for those aged 0 to 5. Child tickets are free of charge but you must add this to your order along with your other tickets for the child to gain admission. Please note, it is your responsibility to check the suitability of the festival (and any specific areas of the festival) for any children in your party, regardless of official age restrictions.

Glamping

If you want to stay in Glamping accommodation, you will need to purchase a Camping Ticket from our ticket page, and then purchase your Glamping accommodation separately from our Glamping provider, details to be announced soon. Live-In Vehicles

If you are planning to stay in your live-in vehicle, you will need to buy a Live-In Vehicle User Ticket for each member of your party, as well as a Live-In Vehicle Pitch Ticket for your vehicle.

We offer three pitch sizes:

• Regular Live-In Vehicle Pitch (up to 6 meters) is suitable for live-in vehicles up to 6 meters in length. Max pitch size is 7 x 7m
• Large Live-In Vehicle Pitch (6 to 10 meters) is suitable for live-in vehicles from 6 to 10 meters in length. Max pitch size is 7 x 10m
• Extra Large Live-In Vehicle Pitch (over 10 meters) is suitable for live-in vehicles over 10 meters in length. Max pitch size is 10 x 13m

Payment Plans

The payment plan option is available on all camping and weekend adult tickets and will be split into equal monthly instalments. You will pay the first instalment (plus 100% of all fees) at the time of booking, followed by the remaining monthly instalments. Payment Plan tickets can be found on the ticket page.

Group

Group tickets offer four Adult tickets for the price of three. These must all be purchased at the same time and will be issued as four separate tickets.

Car Park Passes

We have onsite parking available. You can buy tickets in advance on our ticket page or pay in cash when you arrive.

The Box Office is positioned at the Main Entrance, and will be open for ticket sales (subject to availability), collections and to deal with ticketing issues at the following times:

Friday: 3pm – 10pm

Saturday: 9:30am – 8:30pm

Sunday: 9:30am – 8:30pm
