KOLKATI serve flavour sensations discovered on the streets of India. Since 2015 they have been slinging their Kati Roll’s, aka ‘The Original Kolkata Kebab’ in some of the most famous London locations, as well as UK festivals and events.

A paratha flatbread is fried in egg, stuffed with masala chicken or paneer, house chutneys, garnish and a squeeze of lime. Rolled up in paper it’s ready to eat hot and fresh

They make all their sauces and pastes from scratch for the ultimate flavour experience, striving to hit that salt, spice, sweet, sour balance every time.

Their passion is good food. Having grown up on the coast in Cornwall, their love for the sea and fishing has played a large part in helping to shape their company

Think huge pans filled with hearty rice dishes, fresh local fish marinated & cooked on chargrills, Cornish lobster & crab.

The Duck Shed

A unique eating experience that doesn’t serve duck in the traditional way. Making their own sauces and jams served on burgers, wraps and salads for a lighter option.

Dedicated to celebrating the spirit of the Caribbean through lip-smacking flavours, music and all round experience.

With food is built on traditional family recipes, and taking inspiration from childhood experiences in the kitchen. Chicken is marinaded for 48 hours to ensure it’s super tender and tasty, then triple dipped in seasoned flour and our signature batters; ginger beer or cream soda. Once fried expect some serious flavour and crunch! Served with a selection of homemade sauces including their famous jerk gravy… plus jerk seasoned skin on fries and creamy slaw!

A step above what you might expect to find in a festival field; Morande Wines come to KITE this year. They bring their bright Pionero Sauvignon Blanc, a Floral Chardonnay Gran Reserva and a complex Terrior Malbec to the festival bars.

Nurses Cottage

A very small, but very thirsty drinks company. Family run cottage producer, specializing in all things elderflowery and plummy. We have a small wholesale business and and their drinks are available at lots of very nice independent shops, pubs, cafes and deli’s… and this year, at KITE.

The Cocoa Caravan

Specialists in award-winning hot chocolates (made with a melted Belgian chocolate ganache; a tasting experience not to be missed), artisan coffee, speciality tea and genuine homemade chocolatey cakes.

Little Espresso Company

Little Espresso Company was born in 2014, from a love of specialty coffee. 

They are partnered with roaster Neighbourhood Coffee, in Liverpool, who work directly with farmers at origin and pay well above the current fair trade price. Purchasing only the highest quality, sustainably-produced coffee beans.

Also providing a range of soft drinks, organic loose leaf tea, award winning real hot chocolate, iced coffees, cold brew and chai. Complimented by a range of pastries, fresh fruit, locally sourced porridge and cakes from our award winning bakery.
