Manizeh is the founder of Love Supreme Projects. Love Supreme is dedicated to “cracking your heart open” through various practices including Meditation, Yoga and Kirtan (call and response singing). Manizeh is a long-time student of Kirtan singer Jai Uttal. She is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and started Jivamukti Yoga London in 2005. She also started the yoga program at Maggie’s Cancer Centres. She graduated from Brown University with a B.A in Political Science.

Manizeh will lead a kirtan (chanting) meditation, set to music, for those who want to unwind and connect their mind and heart.
