Jords

Late Sunday (4pm-10pm)

Jords, is a Croydon-based artist who has earned his stripes by being an effortless talent. As a prolific songwriter and producer, Jords has consistently demonstrated his musical prowess and has been on a meteoric rise since the release of his motion picture-assisted project Almost an Adult in 2020. Notably, he holds the distinction of releasing the first UK rap album with legendary label Motown Records, releasing the album ‘Dirt in the Diamond’ with notable features such as Masego, Wretch 32 and Kranium, showcasing his unique talent and appeal. As well as this, Jords released a 27-minute short film of the same name, which was selected for the TriBeCa Film festival, and nominated for 11 awards, including 3 UK music video awards. Jords’ live performances are equally extraordinary, having recently sold out the iconic Jazz Cafe in London, with critics raving about the breathtaking experience he delivers. Jords has also travelled the world to perform, from supporting Australian artist Kobie Dee on his Australian tour, to supporting Genesis Owusu in Paris. Jords has also performed in Switzerland, Czech Republic & Austria. Jords is more than just a musician; he’s a championing pioneer in the Black-British Caribbean community – recently founding the charity Pickni Uniforms in 2021, an initiative setup to provide affordable school uniforms for all children and even provide a ‘Free School Uniforms’ Initiative alongside this.
